About Blue Water Supports

At Blue Water Supports we noticed a consistent problem in our previous work with NDIS providers. We saw a need for a space where individuals with disabilities could feel heard, safe and secure. Unfortunately, we witnessed providers ignore and neglect their participants by failing to respond to calls and emails or provide the necessary support.
Our goal at Blue Water Supports is to actively engage with clients and maintain open communication. We want our clients to know who is on their support team and provide reliable and honest service. We strive to create a caring, safe and inclusive environment for all individuals. Our team is committed to supporting our clients and ensuring they are aware of all aspects of the NDIS.

Estelle Dunning

Director, Lead Support Coordinator
Estelle is an experienced Support Coordinator with expertise in Autism. She has previously worked for a prominent non-profit organization and has extensive knowledge of NDIS. Estelle is passionate about helping clients and is committed to improving the NDIS sector. Prior to her role as a Support Coordinator, Estelle worked as a support worker, primarily assisting individuals with Psychosocial disabilities and Autism.

Alexander Doddemead

Director, Lead Team Coordinator
Alex has extensive experience in working with the NDIS, having worked for both large non-profit organizations and small local providers. He has worked with a diverse range of families and individuals over the years, with a specific focus on Autism. As a support worker and Team Coordinator, Alex has discovered that effective communication and support for families is crucial in providing support for individuals.
