Support Coordination

Our Support Coordinators will help you find informal, mainstream and community supports that are funded through your NDIS plan. The goal of support coordination is to connect you with services and support that will enhance your ability to maintain relationships, participate in your community, and achieve greater independence in your daily life.

What support coordination can do for you

Decisions
Support you to make decisions about the types of services and supports that suit your needs and goals
Quality assurance
Ensure all providers and supports are providing a quality service and charging appropriately
Connect & Liaise
Source and connect you with the right community and/or mainstream service providers
Submit reports
Submit timely reports to the NDIA and support you to prepare for review and set up your new plan
Manage your plan
Monitor, manage, and complete recommendations and quotes or requested changes of providers
Optimise funds
Help you understand your plan, reviewing each category and how to best use your funding
